Level Supermind is designed to help you sharpen your focus. Whether it's notifications, emails, or just our wandering thoughts, distractions are all around us. This meditation is about helping you become aware of these distractions and learn how to pay attention to what really matters. The workshop is designed to help you stay focused and be present in whatever you're doing with a powerful meditation technique helps centre your mind and increase your awareness. All this, with a goal to tune out distractions and concentrate on the task at hand.

Here’s a brief look at the workshop journey:
Awareness of distractions:
Here, the focus is on becoming more aware of the distractions around us. This is the first step to improving our focus.

Prioritising what matters:
Next, tune out distractions and focus on what's truly important. This involves practising mindfulness and centering our attention.

Daily practice:
Consistency is key. The ‘Focus Series’ includes daily meditations and exercises that gradually build your ability to stay focused.
