Set in a not-too-distant future where rivers have run dry and water is rationed by the state, Go With the Flow follows Devina, a sharp, street-smart young girl, and her band of “water pirates” who steal and resell water for survival. Their world is harsh, uncertain, and ruled by scarcity… until a mysterious girl arrives with stories of a faraway land where the Great River still flows.
Drawn by hope, the children embark on a dangerous journey to return her home, unaware of the forces watching them, and the secrets that lie ahead. Through song, dance, humour, and suspense, the performance becomes an adventure about courage, community, and the universal right to water.
Brought to Conscious Collective by the National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA), India’s premier cultural institution and a powerhouse of multidisciplinary arts, this production invites audiences to imagine a future shaped not just by crisis, but by resilience and the choices we make today.
