The Terra Carta Design Lab (TCDL) launched by the Sustainable Markets Initiative in 2021, aims to discover student-led, high-impact and commercially viable solutions to the climate crisis. NID, Ahmedabad was invited to participate in the 2023-24 cycle. The projects showcased at Conscious Collective are among the 10 finalists.
NID’s foundational ideas for the TCDL emphasise integrated solutions for environmental and social challenges, grounded in justice for the Global South, while embracing traditional wisdom, fostering cultural exchange, and promoting global dialogue for context-specific, effective climate action.
